The Philosophy SIG maintains three awards: Outstanding Scholarly Publication on Justice in Education (annual), Outstanding Early Career Contribution (awarded odd years), and Outstanding Dissertation (awarded even years). Nominations are accepted August of the preceding year.
Seeking Nominations for 2025
The Philosophical Studies in Education SIG is seeking nominations for two AERA-approved awards: 1) Early Career Award and 2) Outstanding Scholarly Publication on Justice in Education. Nominations and any questions can be sent to Ashley Taylor, Chair of the SIG Awards Committee, at ataylor1@colgate.edu. Nominations are due by October 31, 2024.
